If a tenant wishes to dispute a decision made by the Property Manager, you may appeal to the Board of Directors for mediation. Appeals must be in writing, state the nature of the complaint, and give the reason(s) why you are appealing. The appeal can be given to the Property Manager for transmission to the Board or can be mailed to the Board as follows:
